that provides enhanced mapping resolution far superior to any system currently in use as well as providing real-time biometric sampling and data feedback to a physician, a SMART Brain Retractor device that enhances the ability of a surgeon to perform brain surgery safer and with greater control, an implantable tooth medicating dispenser that provides enhanced pain mitigation support via controlled metronomic delivery of a drug, and more.

Josh holds more than 100 patents as well as numerous published publications. He and his wife Dorit, who is an accomplished photographer, are the proud parents of three incredible children. Their eldest daughter is an oncologist specializing in woman’s reproductive cancer. Their son received his MD and is working to become a neurologist and their youngest daughter is finishing her MS in neurobiology at Kings College, at Oxford. When not engrossed in his work, which is rare, Josh does enjoy sitting back with a good wine and listening to great classical music performances although he has been known to slip in some Led Zeppelin and King Crimson from time to time.
